WHY TRAMPOLINING?

Trampolining is a sport that can be enjoyed by everyone. The basic skills are so simple that anyone, of any age can do something which is fun, exhilarating, aerobically effective and caters for the highest level of skill and daring which some are capable of.

It is particularly popular among the very young, who want to develop their skills after jumping on their garden trampoline or their parents bed.

WHAT DOES HARROW TRAMPOLINE CLUB OFFER?

  • Trampolining for anyone of any standard, from age two to adult
  • Complete beginner to national elite
  • A friendly, fun environment in which to develop your trampolining skills.
  • Trampolining for those with Special Needs.

    WHICH SESSION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
